Our Help Desk System
One of the key elements of our managed IT infrastructure is
our help desk system. We have experienced engineers
(NOT call center personnel) on staff waiting to service your request. Our support team also monitors your onsite network routers, ERP/MRP systems. etc. and responds as soon as an issue arises.
Our Partnership Process
