Currently in the planning and leasing phase, Main Street Square will be developed as a retail / mixed-use development, which will provide Holly Springs, NC market with an upscale development that has a real sense of place.
Main Street Square will include a number of uses, including retail, restaurants, office, residential, and fitness, planned into one cohesive development. Multiple uses combine to create an environment that attracts people all day long, from early in the morning to late at night. The sense of place will be created by a variety of individual buildings and uses arranged along a pedestrian “main street” and a greenway. All these factors, along with planned community events and celebrations, combine to create a unique urban environment and location for your office or retail location.
The physical design of the buildings will be centered around upscale brick and cast stone facades with each tenant having its own unique storefront design. Additionally, signage and colored awnings will combine to provide the color of the vibrant environment.
